By engaging Thundertactics OPC Private Limited for design and marketing services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Work & Revisions

• Services are provided as per the agreed proposal.

• Revisions: Each project includes 3 rounds of revisions. Significant changes to the original brief or additional rounds will be billed extra.
   

2. Payment Terms & "Kill Fee"

• 50% Upfront Deposit: Required before any work commences. This is non-refundable.

• 50% Final Payment: Due immediately upon approval of final designs and before the delivery of high-resolution/source files.

• Cancellation (Kill Fee): If a project is cancelled by the client after work has started, the 50% deposit will be retained by us to cover time and resources expended.
   

3. Intellectual Property (IP)

• Transfer of Rights: The Client owns the final chosen designs only after full payment is received.

• Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to display the work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

• Third-Party Licenses: Assets from platforms like Canva, Envato, or Freepik remain subject to their respective licenses.
   

4. Limitation of Liability

We aim for high-quality results but do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., sales volume). Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.
 

5. Disclaimer

Concept work displayed on this website is for demonstration purposes only. All third-party logos or brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used only for illustrative purposes.
 

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu.
